What we do for you
- Project Oversight: The Owner’s Rep oversees the entire construction project to ensure that it aligns with the owner’s vision, goals, and expectations.
- Quality Control: Monitoring and ensuring that construction work meets the specified quality standards and complies with the design and contractual requirements.
- Budget Management: Keeping a close eye on project costs and ensuring that the project stays within budget. This includes reviewing contractor bids, change orders, and other financial aspects of the project.
- Schedule Management: Overseeing project timelines and schedules to ensure that the construction progresses according to the agreed-upon timeline.
- Risk Management: Identifying and addressing potential risks and issues that may arise during the construction process, and working to mitigate them.
- Communication: Facilitating communication between the owner and other project stakeholders. This involves providing regular updates, conveying the owner’s preferences, and addressing concerns.
- Contract Administration: Assisting with the negotiation and administration of contracts with architects, contractors, and other service providers.
